I am a Professional Engineer (Civil/Environmental) by profession with a strong interest in programming and web application development. I have worked on several humanitarian response missions with the Red Cross and in 2010, while working in Haiti, I was a co-founder of Humanitarian Accoord which has developed a java based web application for coordinating and mapping humanitarian relief activities. The application was developed in Java using the Spring Framework with MySql data service on a web-based hosting platform, Cloudfoundry. I have also modified and customized a number of LAMP applications such as forums and content management systems. Computer programmer, App developer, Web developer.......and Environmental Engineer during the day.
