I started working at the Bpo or Call Centre in the Philippines in 2012, I started as a Technical Support Representative supporting US customers on their problems with their appliances. After 2 years of being a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative I felt something is missing. So 2014 when I applied as an Outbound Sales Representative at a well-known Bpo in the Philippines. In total, I have 10 years in the Bpo and 7 years of those are in solid sales. I had been promoted to several positions like quality assurance, sales coach, trainer, and team leader and transferred to a different LOB. The environment I grew up in sales is hardcore, challenging, demotivating, almost all the negative things that you can imagine that a customer will say just to end the call or get rid of an agent or just to make an escape you will hear it but it is fun and fulfilling closing sales, especially those customers that are a really hard customer or NO customer and eventually slowly turning into YES customer or they don't even notice that they are already signing up with you. The accounts I love on working with are in B2B or B2C campaigns like Telco, Health Insurance, Auto Insurance, Appointment Setting, and Advertising Campaigns. I'm a people person, so working in Outbound Sales has always been a natural fit for me. I get a great deal of satisfaction out of helping to solve problems and providing for customers' needs, So for a Sales Specialist position let me just do that.
