I’m a highly motivated and hardworking Certified Public Accountant from the Philippines. I have a 3-year work experience as a General Accountant, Sales and Marketing Officer, Accounting Manager, and Finance and Administrative Manager. My experience includes summarizing current financial status of a company by collecting information and documents, journalizing day to day transactions, preparing the statement of financial position (balance sheet), and profit and loss statement (income statement), tax returns, and other financial reports needed or requested for decision making. I analyze the monthly revenues and expenditures by conducting an internal audit. I substantiate financial documents from different departments. Once a month I present and discuss with our General Manager and External Auditors all the financial reports that I have prepared for the management’s decision making. These reports include the company’s financial position, income statement, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and accounts payable summary needed for budgeting. As a small business owner, I’m also active in the marketing side of my small company. I also communicate with clients through social media and by posting pictures to our page. I handle the preparation of sales reports and payroll for my employees. I’m a person with a positive perspective in life and in my profession.
