  This was a second invoice on one project, so I'm leaving the same review here that I did for the first invoice. Summary: Recommended! -------------------------------------- If you've never sent any work overseas, as was the case with the small business I'm working with, the fear of the unknown could prevent you from giving it a shot. I had some graphics work that needed some changes and enhancements, but I didn't know what to expect. What I got during the first, long online chat was every bit as professional and competent experience as I would expect in the U.S. for a project in the tens of thousands of dollars. I didn't expect it for the modest requests on this project. In fact, the U.S. company that developed this very project was an absolute nightmare to work with. In contrast, considering the time difference, I quickly came to expect the latest proofs from India in my email as soon as I arrived at my p.c.in the morning They were always there waiting. I would not have expected such reliability even for a large project. Great first impression. Very responsive. Did their best to get specific instructions from me. That's what they should do, though I wanted their creativity and left it open in a couple areas. I didn't test their creativity too much, as I warned them not to add too much to existing graphics or change the look and feel. I wanted them to enhance them - make it feel a little more complete. That's exactly what they did. I would advise to have as much documentation, screenshots, etc. prepared before you ever make a post public, and share these over chat or even video conference to make sure everyone is using the same terms for the same elements, etc. You know your project well - they don't.. I'm looking forward to working with this company again, and from my experience, I'm confident they will do everything they can for you. Our budget didn't allow for even a small amount of additional work here at home. Having this option solved a problem, and they took it on as though it was their own.
