Pallas Technology is a custom software solutions company with skills across the spectrum from requirements gathering, through design, development, deployment and maintenance. We're technology agnostic with equal strengths around .NET and java development. On the database side we're SQL experts with experience working against all the major database (SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, and more) We've found ourselves with a lull before a big development effort begins in March 2017 - In the meantime we have three software developers that we want to keep productive. Two of them with 6 years of development experience and another with over 20 years of experience. They would be supported by others in the office with complimentary skills as needed. We're not looking for much of a mark-up since we just want to keep them utilized for about 5 months until our other project kicks off. Hourly rates from $45 (for 6 years of software development experience) up to $80 (our Manager - with heavy database and analytics skills)
