I am knowledgeable with project management, account resolution, numerous areas of legal, construction build-outs/expansions/remodeling, general contractors, invoicing, billing, administrative policies, systems and procedures, insurance claims, obtaining medical records and bills, analyzing CPT codes, etc. I have worked with a vast number of different software programs and am always excited to learn new ones. I have knowledge of MS, Word, Excel, PPT, SimplePractice, Asana, Clio, TimeMatters, Fore! and many others. Managing calendars, scheduling, client/patient/partner communication, writing, researching, data entry, etc. I am accustomed to working in a high-stress environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. I reside in Arizona and have done work for people/companies/corporations in all time zones. I am always readily available. As I work remotely, I am also available to travel; I keep my passport updated and in hand.
