Hi I’m Ma. Rae Almoete, 34 years old and now currently working part time I work only from Monday to Wednesday. Worked as Technical Support Representative before landing a job as secretary to the Vice Mayor in 2016 Basically my task was to plot schedules like appointments and courtesy calls. I was the overall in charge for her calendar of events. I also do all the coordination whether it may be local or national communications. Part of being her secretary is to also write down letters in her behalf such as invitation letters, proposal letters and sponsorship letters. Since I still work for her part time I would like to look for a job wherein I can be productive in the remainder days of the week that I am not at work.
