Having worked in the financial industry in North America in senior client services roles I am well versed in building and maintaining client relationships. My expertise is owning the customer lifecycle: from SOW signature through design, integration, delivery, production go-live and support/adoption. I’ve delivered software solutions to over 60 Tier1 banks and credit unions, primarily Java-based and mobile applications as well as blockchain solutions for cross-border payments use cases. I’ve gained significant experience handling challenging issues that face businesses in B2C and B2B environments whether it's within the financial industry or otherwise. I’ve managed pivots from B2C to B2B models, including process and procedures to deliver enterprise quality in high regulated environments. Note that I have a Linux/AWS background and am very familiar with DevOps and ITIL, which I use in designing continuous integration and SRE processes as well as troubleshooting production issues. I have a current CISSP and hands-on experience with InfoSec audits and best practices, leveraged when working with senior clients on security-related aspects of solutions delivery.
