KUALA LUMPUR: Applications for the Malaysian passports are temporarily on hold as the Immigration Department is experiencing a technical glitch.
In a statement on Wednesday (April 27), Immigration issued a notice on Facebook informing applicants that there were interruptions to the passport application system.
“The Immigration Department would like to inform the public that the passport application service is experiencing a technical glitch.
“We apologise for the inconvenience and are doing our best to ensure the system is restored,” it read.
