I worked as a payroll administrator for the last 3 years for a company who had 3 separate facilities in different states (IL,IN,& KY) averaging over 2000 employees. I worked from the cooperate office so already have experience in managing payroll remotely and was in charge of all payroll funtions for all fulltime hourly and salaried employees as well as the temporary staffing company with another 1000 employees. Employees were paided weekly and production bonuses were paid out monthly as well as semi annual bonuses which I also controlled. For the last year I lead the company in switching payroll systems from the Cort Payroll Sytem and MTMS timekeeping to the most recent Kronos system. I was a one women payroll department anything and everything payroll related was my responsibility so I am very familiar with the extensive work involved and understand the imortance of accuracy.
