Powerpoint • Create job description and posted on various portals to attract new Candidates and short listing resumes based on job requirement. • Conducting telephone and personal interviews • Preparing offer letter, job description and completing joining formalities and documentation . Payroll processing Designing salary breakup as per the offer letter and managing all administrative Designing the pay slip with all the deductions Leave calculations Training and Development • Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training. • Coordinating with external trainers regarding the training schedule. • Scheduling the training programs and issuing training certificates after completetion.
