SUMMARY OF QUALIFICASIONS
- RF IC design experience using GaAs, Silicon on Insulator (SOI) and SiGe, including LNAs and Multi-Throw
RF Switches, Digital Step Attenuators (DSA) or High-Power Switches and radio frequency (RF) antenna
systems.
- Knowledgeable of all RF parameters such as insertion loss, attenuation, return loss, harmonics, IMD, P1dB,
NF, switching speed, IIP2/3, and ability to design and optimize for each parameter.
- Possess Knowledge of test parameters and test equipment - Experience and familiarity with testing,
evaluation and debugging RF, analog and mixed-signal module designs in a lab environment. Proficient in
use of spectrum analyzer, signal generators, oscilloscope.
- Requirements derivation, simulation, analysis, design and develop RF/Microwave hardware circuits to
include Amplifiers, Filters, Switches, PLLs, Mixers, Op Amps, ADC, and DACs for applications in
Communications Power Amplifiers, Receivers, Exciters, Synthesizers, and Digital Converters
