Based on client-provided sequences and sequence contexts, I can perform in silico can thermodynamic analyses to identify one or more sets of primers and probes that may be used for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analyses, including endpoint PCR (commonly used for genotyping), single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) detection, quantitative PCR (qPCR), reverse transcriptase quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) or quantitative reverse transcriptase PCR (qRT-PCR), digital PCR (dPCR) and droplet digital PCR (ddPCR). This service will require initial communications to clarify the assay context and parameters. Evaluation of Primer/Probe performance will require client-performed real-world testing - which is beyond the scope of this service.
