The Human Resource Coordinator or aka, "People Assistant," provides assistance with and facilitates the human resource processes for business locations. This includes the hiring process and ensures a positive start to the employee relationship's. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance (NRS apply/Retention Laws/ Or Your Local Status Apply) and HRIS entry. Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks. Competencies: 1. Communication. 2.
