Possess 10 Years of total IT Experience.
Experience of working in large scale implementations of packaged HCM solutions.
Technical expertise in customization, implementation, enhancements and upgrade HCM PeopleSoft 9.1, 9.2 applications.
Hands on experience in using various People Tools 8.55, 8.53, 8.50, 8.49 like Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine and proficient in customizing and developing various custom applications, interfaces and reports.
Having hand on experience of the PeopleSoft HCM functional modules (ESS, MSS, Core HR, Absence Mgmt.)
Worked in onsite-offshore model as offshore Techno-Functional Consultant, where responsibilities included interacting with client/onshore, gathering requirements, prepare Fit-Gap documents, Functional Design document and provide design custom application and architecture custom solutions.
Involved in complete SDLC cycle from requirements gathering, build, unit testing and UAT and production support too.
Having good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal with ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
