•15 years of overall Industry experience •15 years of experience in IT with over 13 years in Performance Testing using HP Loadrunner •10 years of client-facing delivery experience out of customer locations in United States and Canada •Experience in leading the all phases of Performance testing projects viz. NFR gathering and Requirement analysis, Test planning and Strategizing, Test scripting, Data setup and execution, Results analysis and tuning discussions as well as issue resolution and tracking •Expert in HP LoadRunner on basic and advanced scripting, execution and analysis/ reporting •Expert in performance monitoring and analysis using Wily Intrascope and basic knowledge of Sitescope •Expert in International SEPA payments and ISO formats and creating Load Runner scripts to automate the file generation •Expert in monitoring and tracking the transactions/files through multiple applications. •Proficient in monitoring and analysis tools –Wily, AWR/Statspack, RPST, Informatica, Appwatch, Native Tools •Expert in writing complex DB queries to gather End to End data about the payment files. •HTML Programming skills for testing reports and auditing •Possesses in-depth knowledge of Performance Testing methodologies and delivery processes •Experienced in performance testing of complex and heterogeneous systems systems based on Web, Web services, .NET, hosted on Websphere, IIS, Weblogic application servers and on DB2, Oracle, SQL server databases •Have Basic knowledge of QTP •Experience in Banking domain •Experienced in organization growth activities including proposals, recruitment activities, Performance testing training for new joinees and knowledge management. •Managed 5-6 member teams for end-to-end performance testing engagements from onsite (US/Canada) and offshore (India)
