I am a performance and planning manager in a financial institution, having been on the role for three years, playing a key role in enabling the sales task force achieve their set objectives and understand the Key Performance Indices. My role currently entails Budgeting and setting business objectives, monitoring the objectives to the end and up skill the team I work with to ensure that the business objectives are met. My tasks range from data analysis and decision making from the results, setting up initiatives geared towards achieving the set objectives, weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews of progress and taking corrective measures to ensure objectives are met. This involves launching campaigns and preparing the Campaign Financials, regular meetings with key stakeholders, provision of MIS to support business growth among other activities. I have a Bachelor Degree of Commerce, Accounting Option from the University of Nairobi. I am also Certified Public Accountant- CPA-K and a Certified Processes Professional-CPP.  I am strong willed, hardworking, highly motivated young lady, diligent, eager to learn new skills and ideas.
