I designed and developed this Employee Performance Dashboard using Power BI to provide a comprehensive analysis of employee metrics. The dashboard presents key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:


  1. Sum of Remote Work Frequency (5M)
  2. Average Monthly Salary (6.40K)
  3. Average Performance Score (3.00)
  4. Average Resignation Rate (10.01)

The dashboard is divided into two main sections:

  • Overview Page: Displays high-level metrics related to employee performance, satisfaction scores, and promotions.
  • Insights Page: Offers a deep dive into performance scores by department, job title, and gender. It also tracks employee satisfaction based on education level, and promotions in relation to monthly salary.


Key features:

  • Interactive Filters: Allows users to filter data by department and job title.
  • Dynamic Visualizations: Includes bar charts, pie charts, and line graphs to represent various performance factors such as job satisfaction, department performance, and salary insights.
