Taking care of end-to-end performance testing activities like NFR gathering, their analysis, performance scripts designing, performance runs executions, analysis of performance metrices, performance bottleneck analysis and sharing the final reports with stakeholders.
Active communication & results discussions with development teams, technical architects, solution architects & required stakeholders before providing final performance sign-off.
Currently handling a team of 4 performance testers and mentoring them both technically & managerially whenever required.
