I specialize in analyzing record title and producing professional reports for interest throughout the Permian Basin. My title project service reports include, but are not limited to, the following: -Runsheets On top of title research for your mineral purchasing, leasing, and general due diligence needs, I excel in identifying open leasehold acreage through deciphering production data and any clauses in the lease(s), including horizontal/vertical Pugh language, which may cause the lease(s) to lapse as to all or any portion of the subject lands. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Energy Commerce from Texas Tech University in May of 2017. During my time at Texas Tech, I was a member of the Honors college and was recognized through Mortar Board as a top 50 senior at Texas Tech on the basis of scholarship, leadership, and service. Since graduating, I have joined professional organizations such as the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Permian Basin Landmen’s Association (PBLA), and the American Association of Notaries- where I serve as a notary public in the state of Texas.
