I am a highly organized, discreet, and detailed oriented individual with 15 years of administrative and clerical experience, 5 years of Event planning and management, and 5 years of personal assisting experience. I am also a Florida Notary and experienced transcriptionist. I thrive on assisting and supporting others in any and all tasks they require to allow them the ability to focus on more important things, such as running their business or completing a time consuming project. I have experience in many fields and tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: - Personal Assistant everything from personal and work schedule management, grocery shopping, running errands, planning and booking personal and business travel, etc. - QuickBooks and experience working with the VP of Finance - Creation and management of an HR department for a growing small business - Travel booking and Management - Event planning and Management - Management of all outside services including but not limited to General Attorneys, HR Attorneys, Trademark applications, and all office services - Managed two headquarter relocations including renovations and employee relocation assistance - Typing Skills - 80 WPM
