I have a great amount of experience dealing with correspondence and phone calls, managing and editing documents, organizing meetings and appointments and often controlling access to the manager/executive. I have eperience booking and arranging travel both domestic and international. Familiar with organizing transportation and hotel accommodations. Advanced experience organizing special events and conferences. I have the ability to maintain confidentiality and I strive to meet the overall goal even if it means going outside of my usual duties.
