Hi there! I am a newbie for virtual job, but I already did some research about the tools that might be useful for the job and I practiced some of the tools online and used free trial for some account.
I have worked as 2nd Assistant Manager in a fast food restaurant assigned with some documents of employees. So I have knowledge of using MS Excel, MS word, Web research and organizing files. I have worked as a customer service representative (Technical support).
I am willing to learn more and open for new things to improve.
