• Responsible to manage HR site for the company. • Supervise and control the issuance and the on time delivery of the required forms by the social insurance authorities. (Forms {1}, {6} and {2}). • Supervise labor office inspections and ensure that all documents and records are well kept for further sudden inspection. • Supervise the new hires employment contracts preparation and follow up on their personnel documents. • Monitor the accurate records of all employees’ vacation plans, consumption and balance in line with legal requirements and internal regulations. • Supervise and control the implementation & update changes in the labor law and social insurance regulations. • Manage the revision of the overtime for eligible employees according to the labor law & the company’s internal rules and regulations. • Manage the monthly payroll effects sheet and administer updates on the oracle system. • Review & update the headcount movements. • Supervise the implementation of penalties procedures according to labor law & the company’s procedures. • Communicate with concerned departments about new hires, and resignations. • Supervise and control internal and external quality audits. • Follow up work Permit procedures + Visa residence of Expatriates • Preparing annual and semi annual reports for labor office. less
