I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for 7 years and I handle phone calls, chats and email support. I have experience with US based accounts such as: Telecommunications, Healthcare Insurance and Travel account. I have used Avaya, Cisco, Citrix, Sabre(GDS), Outlook. I was a technical representative from telecommunications account and we handle customer’s who has issues with their phone service provider and we assist them with basic troubleshooting, refunds, changes of their unit and also assists them with trackings of the phones that they ordered. I was an insurance agent who handle calls from Doctors and Pharmacies who has concerns with customers medication in which Tiers they belong to or asking assistance in submitting Medical Part B claims and general inquiries for the insurance. I was also a supervisor with the healthcare insurance for 6 months which I do updates through emails, I also have my own team, did coachings and huddles to maintain team’s KPI and also do call monitorings. And with travel account, we do handle calls with customers who has plans to book flights, hotels or car and we also assists them with some voluntary changes, airline schedule changes, hotel and car changes and all other inquiries.
