I have been a customer service representative for over 3 years now and still counting. My first job was being an account specialist, I worked for Microsoft where I handled account concerns and fraud complaints. I also had an experience of compliance and fraud detection when I was with eBay to Members on my second job. I have enough knowledge how retail companies work. My most recent and current job is with Rakuten being a merchant care specialist where I multitask the most. I am helping customers with account concerns, policy compliance, fraud detection, disputes and leads. I always put myself in my every customer's shoes to know what they really need and to give them the right empathy to gain their trust and to provide the best customer service.
