With years working in a call center environment I have had the opportunity to architect and deploy telephony systems throughout my company. I have worked with Freeswitch, Freepbx, Asterisk, and Elastix. I have worked with many SIP trunk providers each with different configuration for redundancy. I have been able to configure customized applications and setups using IVRs, custom dial plans, scripts and more to tailor to the client's needs.
