If you are an executive that is concerned you are paying for telecom services that are not in use, then I can perform a physical, onsite telecom audit for you.  

We begin with an onsite or virtual meeting to define and confirm scope of locations to be audited and services that you wish to have reviewed.  My assumption is all service, but I have had clients which wish to limit my scope.  I am comfortable if your company wishes to arrange my travel, or we can work out reimbursement ranges.  I work at $1500 per site, however, this is negotiable if there is a high geographic density of sites or other reason that may allow me to be more efficient and therefore pass along that savings in time.  I will locate all telecom services (voice and data services) at the location.  After the site visit, I will need a week or so to compile (and test dial for voice) my findings.  

Your deliverable at the end of the project is a full inventory of telecom services located at the site, the use if known and recommendations for disconnect and reasons (as well as any special requests in the initial scope call/meeting).  I can be engaged in a separate project for disconnection of services if you so desire.  But this will be a longer project(as the carriers work in minimum 60 day disconnect cycles) and separate scope of work.

International locations are not a problem, but travel and planning time will need to be considered in the initial scope meeting to agree on appropriate timeframe.
