Checking piping Layout against P&ID. ? Checking Bulk MTO & final MTO against GA & Isometrics. ? Reviewing the pipeline routing andsupporting. ? Preparing Bill of material, Line list & Valve list. ? Calculation of pipe size, NPSH & TDH of pumps & pressure drop of Piping system. ? Working knowledge of ASME and ASTM Codes ? Working knowledge of Isometrics and P&I Diagrams which includes various instruments such as valves, actuators, supports and fittings. ? Basic knowledge of Stress & Analysis
