An exceptionally able, self motivated individual, who combines specialist engineering background with high level project management and planning skills plus a significant experience in planning role on major sub construction projects for petrochemical, Chemical and Oil & Gas Plants. Holds Master's Degree in Project Management plus a certification in Project Management.Specialist in project planning and scheduling, work breakdown structure, resource allocation and leveling, reporting standard curves and histograms, baseline control and trend management, schedule recovery plans and critical path analysis, and project performance reporting & forecasting and performing cost estimation, forecasting and trending to control on cost baseline. Works closely with the project team to ensure that the scope and baseline are soundly established and change and deviations are identified early to ensure safe delivery of projects. Excellent understanding of project management and project interfaces on EPCC Projects.
