Project Planning & Design focuses on the schematic design phase of a project. In this experience area, you’ll learn to layout building designs, review building codes and regulations, coordinate schematics with consultants, and communicate design concepts with my client. Some of the tasks in this area may be tough to tackle early in our career such as preparing the Cost of Work estimates. That’s why it’s important to meet with me regularly and create a plan for getting exposure to a variety of opportunities.
