Planning and scheduling could be for basic office tasks, such as:
- Planning and coordinating meetings and conferences

Or more complex tasks, such as:
- Flight and travel planning
- Hotel booking and reservations
- Travel Itinetary
- Research of the area
Besides the planning and scheduling skills that all administratove assistants have, I have experience with travel and planning. I worked for an air ambulance company as Operations Manager. There I coordinated domestic and international trips for physicians and RNs. I booked tickets for commercial flights , arranged scheduling between flight crew and staff for air ambulance trips, sorted and stocked medical supplies to be brought on flights and applied for the necessary ETAs and Visas for international trips.
