• Prepare Baseline time schedules utilizing Primavera 6 . • Prepare Baseline time schedule by using CPM (critical path method). • Following up & close monitoring with project team / site team for actual progress and compare it with baseline on weekly basis. • Analyze data, information & reports coming from project team / site team and make cross checking for it. • Make regular site visits to check the actual progress at the site. • Prepare weekly / bi-weekly / monthly project progress reports. • Prepare slippage report on bi-weekly basis. • Prepare recovery plan whenever required from client / internally. • Attend client bi-weekly / monthly progress meeting. • Keep update the planning document in the company server.
