Dear sir, myself vikas from India, professional Design Engineer in industry, having experience of about 8-10 years in plastics component design and development, also Mold and die design. There will be 101% cost reduction in new plastics component as I have Qualifications/knowledge and experience in plastics field. Qualification :- Diploma In plastics Engg Post diploma in Plastics mold design(PDPMD) Environment: - Automotive-dashboard components, Doortrim LH/RH Mold size 1500 mm x 750 mm, , engine related component- radiator fan, coolant tank, dashboard Electronics:- Electronics tube light part design and development, testing, transformer bobbin design and testing, Tubelight Electronic Ballast product design for Asian Electronics Ltd, Product design amd mold design for Box/cover for RF filter PCB etc. Pharma :- Verious shapes of Container design, stacking container, Non sterilisable bottle, jumbo tray —Mould design for all component Reverse Engg:- Metal fan converted into plastics for Mahindra Genset. Software ;- Unigraphics, Cimatron E10.0, Autocad Experience :- 8-10 years

    We are a German business producing anchoring system for the construction industry. Vika’s has been working for us on two different projects and most recently on 21 CAD drawings.
