I worked as PMO coordinator then progressing on to lead the organization of the PMO. I am extremely well organised in my approach and diligent in execution of duties. I am dedicated and responsive to the needs of the programme and the organisation. I worked as PMO Lead at HSBC on a very challenging and highly visible programme where I provided an enormous amount of PMO support while also managing the governance processes and reporting amongst many other activities. I managed the project governance assurance and reporting progress in the weekly Remediation Portfolio Planning forums. I was responsible for documenting the FAQs and Training Manual to be used by the helpdesk in dealing with clients. I implemented and maintained the RAIDs log; scheduled & administered steering committees, working groups and UATs. I have been part of Planning & Resource Enablement in an Agile environment, working closely with Finance in order to ensure both project budget & milestone targets were met. I am Prince2, Agile PM, ITIL v3 and Business Analysis certified.
