I am a champion of all things audio, I feel this is an exciting period in the podcast space and I’m eager to explore new opportunities. I am passionate about programme-making and have vast experience in radio and podcast production. I have over ten years’ experience in radio/podcast world. I have a broad skill set, from building effective relationships to meeting company objectives and managing all aspects of audio production. I develop and produce original, innovative and entertaining radio shows and podcasts. I frequently identify undiscovered and unique talent and understand the process for converting their online and offline presence into must-hear audio. I understand what it takes to ensure the success of a programme and enjoy ideating how to improve existing formats. I’m flexible respond positively to change and conflicting priorities. I also enjoy developing and creating brand new formats which can fit a varied demographic of listener. My approach to production is imaginative with a focus on the targeted audience and how best to engage them. Having worked in radio, I have considerable experience in this field and appear to new and diverse audiences. I am able to take ideas from the early stages of development all the way through to production. I have gained, strong content editor skills including a strong sense of editorial judgement, tone of voice and content creation. Experience with setting up and overseeing all stages of the production process efficiently and with attention to detail. I have a track record of creating and implementing successful audio programs.
