Coupled with relative qualifications such as CCNA: CCNP; CCIE Part 1; I have provided Network Support ( such as configuration; implementation; troubleshooting; Client Services; vendor management; etc. while being employed as a Senior Network Coordinator within the Government of Ontario.

Promoted to the position of Portfolio Manager, I was responsible for voice and data networks within two ministries of the Government of Ontario. To this end, I lead and managed staffing within my department - providing  voice services; data network outsourcing; customer service; vendor management; etc. across the province of Ontario for two large Ministry sites.
