I have created multiple dashboards for an environmental waste company for all departments such as Operations (by Market), Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, and Executives. For the operations by market I built complex formulas to track the progress of service in gallons against budget and % of budget to date. For Finance/Accounting/Executives I built a Financial Statement template of the P&L directly in PowerBi pulling GL transactions from the ERP system. Human Resources required turnover rates by position and market I built trailing month calculations for turnover rate and retention rate.
