Power electronics converters

I am an Electrical Engineer. Currently, finishing my MSc dissertation in Multilevel inverter for the grid-tied hybrid solar- battery system. I will start my Ph.D. study at the beginning of October. 

I can teach the physics of power electronic devices including :

1-PiN diodes.

2- MOSFET.

3- IGBT.

4- SIC devices.

Moreover, I can teach the different power electronic converters including:

1- DC/DC

2-AC/DC

3- DC/AC

4- Multi-level converters

5- Matrix converters  


The teaching includes the simulation using MATLAB/ SIMULINK and PSPICE.
