Preparation of Financial Statement

  •  Responsible to prepare financial statements.
  • Supports budget and forecasting activities.
  • Timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
  • Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Supervise the general ledger group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
  • Investigate and reconcile discrepancies when they occur
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
  • Prepare monthly requirements such as Sales Tax Return, Yearly Income Tax returns and monthly withholding tax return and prepare monthly WHT challan party wise.
  • Complete handling with Banks for LC & Contracts   limits allocation and compliance also opening & resolve discrepancies and retirement of import documents
  • Manage all types of payment related Import i.e. Custom Duties, Indenting Commission, Clearing Agents, insurance etc.
  • Prepared Shipment Schedule & Statements as desire by Management and directly reporting to CEO of the Company day by day also File Claim to Supplier or Indenters.
