The designed Architecture of the company's business processes. 

Modeling business processes "as is": 

• - Identify wishes and critical requirements for the quality of processes on the part of process owners, performers, suppliers and clients of processes (internal/external); 
• - Conduct interviews with process owners/executors; 
• - Describe/document process maps, process profile, procedures with filling in the RACI responsibility matrix; 
• - Model processes by defining the boundaries of processes, activities, resources, checkpoints, responsible 
• - Identify units of measurement for processes (duration, quantity, frequency ...) and make control measurements; 
• - Check the quality of process models and test: syntactic, semantic, pragmatic quality 
• - Train owners/executors of processes taking into account changes;
