- Train and coordinate teams of people with various functions, on different levels and geographic sites in multinational environment; coordinate the HP technical consultants, sales representatives and a hub of assistants as well as interns in order to achieve efficiency, program quality and financial targets - Lead a project for process standardization of a revenue generating program in EMEA which includes planning, project/process assessment, project/process optimization, change management and change implementation - Act as a Program/Process subject matter expert who should contribute for the definition of aggressive growth strategies and business plans focused on Technology Services both in short-term and long-term perspectives - Lead strategic negotiations regarding service expansion of a revenue generating program - Work with: Salesforce (SFDC), Siebel, Salesforce, SharePoint
