Workload also includes the acquisition of advisory and assistance services contract In support of the Department of Defense/Veterans Affairs transfer of functions of health care providers. Portfolio Included 31 actions valued at $25.2M. - -The OI&T portfolio included 49 post-award contract actions valued at $107M. The core scope of these contracts enabled and sustained the secure delivery of services and benefits to Veterans in partnership With a wide array of the Veterans Department business lines. These contracts provide internal and External information technology encompassing Enterprise Support and Maintenance, Mobile Communications, Interoperability and VA Service Desktop Support, Maintenance of the VA Web Ops, and delivery of Home Tele- Health Care and Patient Imaging. - As a Procurement Analyst, performed quality reviews of procurement actions to ensure regulatory compliance -- Compiled trending data to identify operational risks, training needs, and workload assessments. -- Responded to external audits from the Office of Inspector General and VA’s Operations, Acquisitions, and Logistics’ Risk Management Assessment Office. - As supervisor for OCFM contract management team, was responsible for a portfolio of 83 projects valued at $437M. Projects included the design, build and construction of energy savings projects (e.g., combined heating plants, installation of solar panels and retro-commissioning of outdated heating and air conditioning systems). Also managed feasibility studies and energy assessment contracts for future work. Routinely met with management officials to discuss spend plans and project status. - In all positions, facilitated several cross functional teams consisting of decision makers to achieve consensus on acquisition issues (e.g., scope of work, acquisition strategy, source selection, contract management and all aspects of pricing and cost control).
