Moni Pulo Petroleum Development Company 2017 – 2018 As Procurement, Inventory and Contract officer, I was saddled with developing an effective Vendor Management System, developing a robust Inventory System for the company and to ensure that the right goods in the right quantity arrived on site at the stipulated time and at the right price. It was also my job role to negotiate prices (cost of items and services) with contractors and vendors alike and to liaise with user departments to ensure smooth flow of activities. Places order to replenish stock items to thresholds. Participated effectively in conjunction with HSE Manager and Contract holder to update/ upgrade all HSE items specifications. Maintained material master and procurement parameters on SAP. Other roles include: Collaborated with Technical Authorities (TAs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure quality and ensured stock materials replenished to optimum quantity to sustain operation.
