- Research business needs and translate them into requirements documentation for development and support. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, development, quality assurance and marketing teams to solidify and execute the plan. - Communicate new features and critical product knowledge to local and overseas teams using various communication channels, including email, skype, phone calls, text messaging, video conference, etc., text messaging, etc. - Synchronize the efforts of Community Support and Marketing Communication teams to communicate (including email, phone, online help content, on-page content, blogs and community forums) and support changes in a manner consistent with our brand identity. - Assist Quality Assurance teams in the creation and execution of launch-day regression testing in addition to leading usability testing efforts. - Provide business approval for new products/services launched. - Identify and measure KPIs with senior management and lead post-launch monitoring and support efforts.
