As Sarah is very talented she is also very popular and very busy, so my project has had to compete with others she is working on. Nevertheless she has delivered everything within the timeframes we agreed on and she always responds very promptly to my emails or questions which is great.
For others considering Sarah I cannot recommend her enough. Although she is slightly more expensive than her competitors, the quality of her work is outstanding and in my case I didn't want to compromise on the illustrations. Sarah's style lends herself best to those authors who are seeking a partnership / consultative approach. Those authors who are very rigid and specific in their requirements will still get great quality work from Sarah but may not get the full value of her talents, in my opinion.
