  Starting with a 2 dimensional plan, 3dCADStudio have created 3D representations of 2 properties and a garage for me. The process of reviewing stages of the development was useful as it built confidence in progress and end deliverable. End result delivers what was asked for, along with some additional renders to support the end presentation. Would definately use again.
