I asked Garry to design a cover for my new book "History of the Timelaws." I suggested a scene from the book that I thought would make for a good cover. Once I hired Garry, he gave me some feedback on what he thought of my suggestions and asked me to give a more detailed description of what my characters looked like. The final cover got every detail I cared about right from the burn on a characters shoulder, to a small scratch on her elbow. I love the final product. I had a little feedback for Garry about the protagonist's eyes. He made the correction quickly and seemed happy to give me what I asked for. Actually one thing that really impressed me was that I initially described the Chevy in the background as dark green, but in my book I say that the Chevy is red (I'd confused it with a previous car in the book). Garry noticed my mistake and asked me to clarify. Overall, I'm thrilled with the final product and I highly recommend Garry's work to anyone looking for a book cover design.
