• Work with product and engineering leadership to drive product expansion, strategy, roadmap and backlog prioritization.
• Own development for your product metrics, including monitoring of qualitative and quantitative user feedback to help drive product decision, improvements, and success of our customers.
• Partner with other leaders from product, engineering, marketing, support, customer success, and implementation to identify business opportunities that enable data professionals to easily, rapidly, and confidently develop their data processing use cases.
• Define pricing and competitive positioning for platform capabilities.
• Provide hands-on leadership to Product Managers that report to you.
• Stay current on trends, technological developments and competitor activity to ensure that company has a finger on the pulse of the industry.
• Work with the product leadership team to build and drive a strong product culture that understands the importance of continuous improvement and learning.
