Experienced in Shared Services environment - MS Enterprice, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) translations, AS2, SFTP, FTP, VAN, X400, ROSETTANET & TGMS-SMG connections. ? Mapping, pulling and tracking of data on Linux servers using Unix commands. ? Monitors all links to ensure all transactions from Clients or Trading partners are received and delivered on time. ? Ensuring issues are reported, tracked, followed up, updated and escalated timely to internal teams. ? Documenting solutions to customer issues, contribute to knowledge base and cross train other team members to build up functional and technical expertise for our supported applications.
